The basic premise of a patio home starts with a smaller more managable lot. An average home site is a quarter of an acre. Green space is used throughout our community designs to give the feel, and privacy, of a larger yard without the increased maintenance and taxes.

The majority of our portfolio plans are ranch homes that provide the latest design features afforded by single level living. Each home is constructed with a full basement and a two car garage.

Our patio home communities do not have a homeowners association.
