Belcourt - 1,700 SF, three bedroom, two baths featuring a great room with cathedral ceiling, formal dining room and rear covered porch. This home packs a lot of punch for its size. You'll be pleasantly surprised! Available in Gable or Hip roof versions.  

Carrington - 1,910 SF, two/three bedroom, two baths, the formal dining room may be finished as third bedroom or den. The oversize great room is the highlight of this plan. Spacious kitchen and dinette areas add to the everyday liveability of this home. Available in Gable or Hip roof versions.

Dresden - 1,910 SF, three bedroom, two and a half baths, large open kitchen and dining areas make this plan a favorite. Other design features include oversized foyer with optional built-ins, and lots of storage options in the mud hall. 

Heartland - 1,992 SF, three bedroom, two baths featuring a great room with a 10' high flat ceiling, formal dining room, and Master bedroom with sitting area.

Kingsley - 2,070 SF, three bedroom, two baths featuring one of our largest great rooms with a high flat ceiling, also one of the most spacious kitchen and dining designs. A huge walk-in pantry, double walk-in closets in master suite and 10X22 rear covered porch add to the outstanding style of this home. 

Mapleton - 2,075 SF three bedroom, two baths with great room, formal dining room and rear covered porch. Some architectural amenities include dining room columns, a china cabinet/ buffet nook, large walk-in pantry and full size laundry room. Available in Gable or Hip roof versions.

Sanborn - A distinctive 2,153 SF, three bedroom, two bath home. You can feel the sophistication of this plan from the minute you see it. A large front covered entry warmly greets you. From the foyer you see the expanse or the great room and formal dining room (with buffet recess). The kitchen and dinette areas are open and blend seamlessly into the great room. An impressive master suite afford the owner(s) two walk-in closets, separate vanities and several custom tile shower options.

Colfax - 2,256 SF, three bedroom, two and a half baths, with large gathering room and dinette/hearth room. Key features of this plan include large kitchen area, extra large master suite and generous front porch.

Rose Glen (Model Home) - 2,360 SF three bedroom, two and a half baths, with great room and formal dining. Undoubtedly one of our best plans ever. This home blends practicality and beauty. The master suite offers two walk-in closets, separate vanities, a large soaking tub and 4X6 custom tile shower. A pocket office and generous laundry room add to the function and convenience.
